Honoring the Grantors Intent

As fiduciary, our goal is to allow creativity and flexibility in trust administration while adhering to the grantor's intent, the provisions of the trust document, and governing law.

Honoring the trustees desires are sometimes challenging but worth the time and effort. This Ferret was donated to the Oregon Coast Military Museum in Florence, OR.

Our Projects

Below are some of our great opportunities to honor a grantor's final wishes.

1942 Stearman PT-17 Biplane

This World War II plane was owned by an avid military and aircraft collector so we knew that we needed to find the perfect home for one of his prized possessions. We worked very closely with Tillamook Air Museum to ensure it would be safely transported and properly displayed so the community could enjoy the aircraft that brought its owner great joy.
